About Our Diamonds
What kinds of diamonds do you work with?
We specialize in IGI certified lab-grown diamonds — exceptional quality at a fraction of the price of mined stones. We also source natural diamonds, including rare fancy shapes, fancy colors, and unusual cuts you won't find in a standard display case. If you know exactly what you want, or want help tracking something specific down, that's what we do.
What is a lab-grown diamond?
A real diamond grown in a controlled environment instead of mined from the ground. Same chemical composition, same hardness, same optical properties — certified by the same labs. Every lab-grown stone we sell comes with IGI certification so you know exactly what you're getting.
Why would I choose lab-grown over natural?
Value. A lab-grown diamond gives you significantly more stone for the same budget — sometimes 50–70% more. If size and quality matter more than origin, lab-grown wins every time.
Why would I choose natural over lab-grown?
Tradition, rarity, or a specific stone that simply doesn't exist in lab-grown. Certain fancy colors, unusual vintage cuts, and one-of-a-kind stones can only be found in natural. If that's what you're after, we can find it.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Lab-grown stones come with IGI certification. Natural diamonds are certified by IGI or GIA depending on the stone. Every purchase includes the full grading report.
Ordering
How does ordering work?
For pieces in our collection, browse, select your options, and check out. We process and ship most orders within 3–5 business days. For custom designs or natural diamond sourcing, visit our Bespoke page or Custom Sourcing page, or email us at info@randolphcojewelers.com.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right. See our full Return Policy.
I want a specific natural diamond. Can you find it?
Yes — that's one of our specialties. Send us the shape, carat, color, clarity, and your budget. We come back with options same day. No obligation to buy, just real numbers on real stones.
Can I do a fully custom design?
Absolutely. Visit our Bespoke page or email us at info@randolphcojewelers.com. We work from photos, sketches, or just a description. A 50% deposit starts production and you receive a proof to approve before anything ships. Balance is due before shipment.
What is the proof process for custom orders?
For every custom order, we send you a digital proof to review before your piece ships. You can approve it or request changes — nothing goes out the door until you sign off.
How long does a custom order take?
Typically 4–6 weeks depending on complexity. We'll give you a specific timeline when we send your quote. Ring orders from our collection are made to order and generally ship within 4–5 weeks.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure checkout. For large orders, bank wire transfer is also available — see below.
Do you accept wire transfers for large orders?
Yes. For orders over $4,999, bank wire transfer is available as an alternative to card processing — this helps reduce fees for both parties. For orders over $9,999, wire transfer is required, or a 2.6% processing fee will be added to the order total. Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days and arrive in 2–5 days after that. Ring orders are made to order and typically ship within 4–5 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Is shipping free and insured?
Yes — all orders ship free and fully insured for their complete value. For orders over $500, an adult signature may be required upon delivery.
