Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom or special-order pieces may require additional lead time — we'll notify you by email if this applies to your order.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on your location. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Packaging

All jewelry ships in a secure, elegant gift box inside a discreet outer package. Your order arrives ready to give as a gift.

Signature Required

For security, orders over $500 may require an adult signature upon delivery.
