What We Can Do

How Custom Orders Work
Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Email us at info@randolphcojewelers.com with your design details, budget, and timeline. Attach any inspiration photos if you have them. We respond within 24 hours.
Step 2 — Consultation & Quote
We'll discuss your vision and provide a detailed quote. Once you're happy with the plan, we move to the next step.
Step 3 — Deposit & Production Begins
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before your piece ships.
Step 4 — Your Proof
Before anything ships, we send you a proof to review. You'll receive a link to approve the proof or request any changes. Nothing ships until you sign off. We want to make sure it's exactly right.
Step 5 — Delivery
Your custom piece ships fully insured once approved. Timeline is typically 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. All custom orders are final — no returns or exchanges.
