My name is Brad Randolph. I’m a husband, a dad to four daughters, and someone who believes that the most meaningful moments in life deserve better than a showroom sales pitch and a 300% markup.
I started Randolph & Co. because I kept running into the same problem: people wanted extraordinary rings for their extraordinary moments, but the traditional jewelry industry made that nearly impossible without spending far more than necessary — most of which covered overhead, not the ring.
So I changed the model. We source lab-grown diamonds directly from global manufacturers. We operate without a storefront. We work personally with every single client. And we pass every dollar of savings directly to you.
The result is a ring that should cost $8,000–$12,000 at a traditional retailer, priced honestly at a fraction of that — without compromising a single thing on quality, craftsmanship, or stone grade.

We don’t sell lab-grown diamonds because they’re trendy. We sell them because they’re the right choice for our clients. Same chemical composition. Same physical properties. IGI and GIA certified. And the budget that gets you a 1ct natural gets you a 3ct lab-grown with the same specs. That math is hard to argue with.
